Keep hiring brilliant attorneys and staff as we grow. We are trending in the right direction, and it is nice to see younger attorneys influencing our culture more and more. Senior leadership supports these trends.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My colleagues are wonderful people and do amazing work. I feel management listens and makes decisions that are in our best interest. Things just keep getting better and better around here. Our newest hires are top-notch and we have fun together. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I'm not alone in saying, "I love it here."
What did you not like about this institution?
Parking in downtown Lincoln costs $70.00 per month.
I guess if you don't like living in Lincoln, Denver, or Omaha, you may want to look elsewhere.

Allow employees to take more time off for how hard everyone works while being here. This will make it an even better environment overall.

Everyone here seems to enjoy working here and works hard for the firm. The environment is motivating for everyone involved.

I feel like there is not enough time off and upper management tends to not take the issue seriously, as they should.

Instead of firing people try to first get people to help them out before it becomes a major issue for everyone.

The pay here is some of the highest in the industry and you can expect to have people respect you for working here.

The work here is stressful due to the high standards that everyone has to live up to or risk getting swiftly fired.
