What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see my fellow attorneys get a higher salary and more benefits. They could also use some more senior level attorneys to help out as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff is very accommodating, and so is management. There were a few times in which I had to take an unexpected leave on important cases, as they were very accommodating.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is definitely on the low side for a firm of this size. I felt like I deserved a higher salary for the number of hours I was putting in.
