What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Try and control the gossip in the office better if possible.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay is really great at this firm. There is a very positive work environment and lots of friendly faces every time I step foot in the office. Compared to other firms, this is one of the most supportive managements I've been a part of.
What did you not like about this institution?
My coworkers may laugh and smile, but deep down it's all an act. There is a lot of gossip thrown around, you never know is really on your team or not.

Try and hire a few more employees to even out the workload. That will make things even better in the end.

Working here makes me realize what working at a firm should be like. I have learned a lot and progressed in my career while being here.

At times, it can get stressful, but it is all worth it, considering the level of people that you surround yourself with.

Allow people to deny the offer of the full time of getting help if they do well after the first week.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
For the first few months you will be personally looked after by someone to make sure that you get a good grasp on the work here.
What did you not like about this institution?
For people that know the work already it may be annoying to have someone watching you all the time at the start.
