Make more senior positions available to keep and maintain hard working individuals and employees. This will make things even better"
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here works very hard at doing what they are best at. That makes for a great group of people coming together to do business.
What did you not like about this institution?
Parts of me felt like there was not enough room for me to move up in the company. This led me to have to leave the company.

It might be a good idea to run some social events to spice things up. People are working dull jobs and they will work better with some excitement.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work here tends to be extremely easy and you always will know what to expect. They also don't fire people so your job will be safe most likely.
What did you not like about this institution?
Nothing here is fun or exciting to do. The pay doesn't even make up for the lack of fun and excitement either.

None, they should keep doing what they're doing, which is fostering a workplace where every employee feels like they are part of something greater than themselves.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Every employee at WMD is very proficient in their field. The office culture at WMD is amazing, though intense due to the gravity of the work taking place, the atmosphere still remains welcoming. There is a constant attempt from the senior staff to coax newer staff to be the best they can be. This firm feels more like a community of workers than any other place I have worked.

There is no reason not to work here, but I can't submit this review without coming up with 20 words to put in this box, but I think I've hit the mark.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
None of them, all of the partners are charismatic, polite, intelligent people. The partners at WMD are willing to give advice to growing lawyers .
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The office culture, the partners, managing partner Dave Wollmuth, the overall "vibe" of the entire place.

Keep up the great work! I have really enjoyed my time here and look forward to continuing until I go to law school.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work place is both professional and hard working. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at WMD and look forward to continuing. MR. Wollmuth truly fosters an environment that breeds success!
What did you not like about this institution?
The only reason one shouldn't work here is if you aren't interested in working hard. The team is small and we compete with the best in the world, so it is essential that everyone is ready to work hard and work as a team.

I don't think this section really applies to the firm. Every partner I have encountered has been extremely professional and patient with showing younger members of the team what they need.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Management and Senior partners are a joy to work for. They are each interesting personally and are very patient with the staff. I've learned a lot from each one of them.
