There needs to be a focus on re-training employees. The law firm should do a better job of helping current employees how to acquire more skills and advance in their career.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm offers the opportunity to learn several skills in the field. There is a focus on the irrigation industry. The office is only open for half the time on Saturdays.

What did you not like about this institution?
This law firm does not offer the experience and career growth. The pay is very poor with the amount of work which is required. There needs to be more focus on properly training staff.
