Evaluations of in-office performance of everyone in the company. Some areas have high turnover, which may be because of certain individuals.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The benefits package at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog is amazing. From an administrative perspective, people are very well taken care of. The majority of paralegals and associates are very cordial and get along.

What did you not like about this institution?
Many attorneys have a very negative outlook and are very passive aggressive. Training is not a priority here and you are expected to learn everything there is to know the very first time.
