Ease up a little during those stressful cases, everyone knows it's important. Have some kind of parking reduction or do something to fix the insane cost of parking just to go to work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the best things is simply the fun and friendly people and work environment. They also notice you when you work hard and put in that extra effort, and also let you know when you're doing a good job.

What did you not like about this institution?
They don't pay for or cover your parking cost and the area it's in can run you $200 or more a month just on parking. The environment is kind of stressful at times to the point that you wonder if you can keep this up.
