What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Work to get the staff classes on building their communication and interpersonal skills. Increase firm and culture morale. The attorneys do a great job in communication and having an urgency to increase firm reputation. May they never change.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked with some intelligent attorneys who take on some of the most fascinating cases. The environment is small in terms of staff. As an organization, it is highly regarded as reputable.
What did you not like about this institution?
Working here is not the most formal type setting. The amount of work varies. Some of the staff could use communication and interpersonal skills courses.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm has a great place for growth but if they don't cheat with any client.
What did you not like about this institution?
Dean Mead attorneys who have agreed on a certain fee schedule with the client and that at the moment of truth happens to collect an invoice that has nothing to do with the agreed, alleging complications unforeseen or concepts that, it is said, were explained in the first visit and that the client did not understand. That's why I have left this company.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
