Advice to law firm management:
Try to figure out the root of the problems before getting into it and causing bigger problems. This would make it a better place.

Pros:
Coming to work every day here is a joy. Everyone works hard and helps each other out. It is a great place to be and I love it.

Cons:
Sometimes there seems to be conflict between employees that upper management gets into without knowing what is going on.
