Professional, respectful and always friendly and courteous. I was very lucky to have such a wonderful group which made leaving difficult, but it was time for me to move on and try something new. I made some wonderful lifelong friends along the way as well.ConsI feel everyone has a different and individual experience at their employments, so leaving a con serves no purpose. :)Advice to ManagementKeep the communication open between management and staff. It is so important.
