The firm should not mislead employees working for them after they are hired temporarily. Having to perform kitchen duties adds extra work load for employees. Management needs to do a better job of providing a balanced workload for employees.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm has great people that provide opportunities to learn from them. The law firm has hours of operation up until 5:00PM.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is some misleading in terms of employment. The position is not guaranteed after being a temporary worker. There is kitchen duty alongside the other duties of your position.

Good work environment with tight-knit group of people who work hard.

Some individuals have an antiquated point of view on certain aspects of law practice.

Jim leffew is a wonderful lawyer! He not only talks the talk, but he also walks the walks! We are very pleased with his services! He is quick to respond whether through text or phone call. He is very informative and if he does not know an answer to something, then he will find or figure out an answer and in a timely manner! He works hard and it definitely shows!
