I would advise management to hire better office support. With better support and a set way of completing certain tasks, this firm would be excellent.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The relaxed atmosphere of the firm was refreshing. Although there were many deadlines to be met while at the firm, upper management did not micromanage or place too much pressure on the attorneys. Without being pressured, I was able to deliver some of my best work at the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
I found the firm to be somewhat unorganized. At times I was unable to obtain important information in a timely fashion because of the lack of organization.
