Advice to law firm management: Make the path to advancement a little more clear.Consider raising the pay or at least the opportunity for bonuses.
Pros: This is a great training program for new lawyers.The firm has an excellent reputation and this is a great place to start your career.You will get work on all kinds of cases.
Cons: The pay is less than what other firms offer.You will be working 80 hour weeks right out of the gate.
