What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A pay raise is my biggest advice I can give, as it is a little demoralizing knowing how hard we work for less than market average. There should be freedom to be more creative in some cases.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You get to work on some big public cases, which is always good for progressing your career. The environment is both fun and friendly. The good bonuses make you want to work harder.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is salary and less than your average market value. Management can be rather pushy with demands. The work environment is fairly stressful.
