Maybe there should be a system in place to allow more flexible schedules with fewer hours for certain employees. Not everyone needs to work all the time.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay at this firm was what really drew me in. Both the compensation and benefits are above market average, and there are large bonuses available.

What did you not like about this institution?
A lot is expected of associates and support staff; leadership really makes people earn their pay. Long hours are pretty much mandatory.

The firm needs to strike a balance with the workload present here. At the time it was difficult to balance work and outside of work activates because of the demanding atmosphere that is present at this firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The experience to be had here is very rewarding. They go out of their way to provide competitive salaries, accommodating workspaces, and great benefits. This firm is a great place of work and it shows in the team that is present here. I've had the pleasure of working with extraordinary attorneys that have expanded my abilities and horizon as an attorney.

What did you not like about this institution?
Work hours are long and exhausting. Because of this, it is hard to strike a balance with life and work. A lot is expected of employees. It becomes exhausting, but rewarding at the same time.
