What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should try to find ways to better the incentives when it comes to financial rewards for associates. I think the extra care we take when it comes to dealing with clients is something that warrants it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the things I noticed right away when I first started working with the firm is how much of an emphasis they put on making sure they put their clients at ease. The atmosphere is not only great for our clients, but also great for associates. I love the people I work with. And the great work environment is something our clients have noticed as well since they always have no problem letting us know. I think the great atmosphere is something that benefits not only the firm financially, but also in terms of making sure our work is top quality.

What did you not like about this institution?
The benefits and pay at the firm could be a lot better. I've had some discussions with fellow associates, and it is one of the complaints I always here about. But the opportunity for promotions and moving up with the company is something that definitely helps.
