Work on time management so that people don't get crushed near deadlines. People need to stay focused instead of having fun every day.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You wouldn't think it but most people here truly enjoy every day. We manage to keep things lively and have a blast.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes the pace of our work slows down because we are distracted and deadlines get hectic because of that. The times near the deadline like most places are not fun.

I would like to see this firm hire some new attorneys and other staff members and either expand its current office or move to a larger one. I would also like to see more room for growth at this firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My fellow staff members were always very helpful and helped me learn the ropes very quickly. The pay was excellent, as were the benefits.

What did you not like about this institution?
I also felt as though some of my co workers took themselves a bit too seriously and too uptight.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I would like to see this firm hire some new attorneys and other staff members and either expand its current office or move to a larger one. I would also like to see more room for growth at this firm.
