What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I really hope that the leadership team continues to foster the positive work environment here. Everyone works very well together.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a smaller firm where everyone works as a team. Associates and support staff here have formed very close relationships which makes working here a pleasure.
What did you not like about this institution?
It can be hard to advance within the firm, because there are fewer opportunities. I guess being a small firm has positives and negatives. A small firm might not be for everyone.

Do your best and tell them when you have problems. They will do their best to help you however they are able to.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was only hired to work with De La Parte & Gilbert for a year, but I had an excellent time there. Staff is friendly and helpful.
What did you not like about this institution?
The scheduling can be a tough to work with at times. Hard to get a permanent position there even if they want you stay longer.
