I feel like the competitive factor can get in the way. Promote business being done in other ways that help promote employees and everyone to do well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a very enjoyable place to work and it is awesome. I like the way everything flows at the office and how everyone takes charge.

What did you not like about this institution?
It does get quite competitive at times and that makes for a stressful environment in different situations, but that is work.
