What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think a better scheduling of how the workload should be taken care of, as well as communicating with clients about certain issues will help to ease the stress associated with time when there is a large amount of work to handle.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I find the work atmosphere at the firm to be very encouraging when it comes to working with other associates on a variety of cases. The emphasis on being able to communicate with each other results in better efficiency when it comes to making our customers happy. The resources that the firm offers to their attorney are great. I always have what i need when it comes to be able to work with a client or take care of any issues I have with cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is sometimes a lot of work to do because of the attention to detail that the firm relays to all associates. It isn't something I find to be too much of a problem.
