What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A decent stepping stone for getting into immigration law. The work can be mind-numbing if immigration law isn't your passion. So you will need to work hard in order to please your senior attorneys.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm has the nicest collection of interesting and good-hearted people. The people really make it a great place to work. The pay is great, the benefits are great, and I have enjoyed my time there.

What did you not like about this institution?
Work life balance is non-existent. High caseload, high turnover, can be stressful. Lack of control over hours.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see us take on more diverse, interesting, and challenging cases that will really push us as a firm and force us to work together as a team.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone is very friendly and there are always plenty of people available around the clock if you need help. I also found my secretary to be very accommodating and friendly.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel as though we do not take enough risks and our current work flow shows this. Most of our cases tend to be more or less the same and work can feel quite dull at times.

Pay your workers more. Work on the function of management.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a decent variety of practice areas. The work is interesting and the environment is professional. This is a decent place to work at.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are some issues with the way that management runs things. The pay could have been better.
