Excellent People

Allow more room for growth and pay your workers what they are worth.

The staff are really excellent people to work with. The environment is professional and the lawyers are very experienced.

There is not much room for growth within the firm. I did not get along with all of the staff.

Small Scale Traditional Firm

Ideally, management should hire more attorney's and start to expand in the right direction which means being open to taking on more diverse cases even if they are outside of this firms expertise.

Great Starting salary, very family oriented, very close knitted, and a very good location that is easily accessible. I also found the health benefits to be excellent as well.

Being a somewhat traditional firm I found the work to be quite dull and straight up boring more often than I'd like. I also thought that it was a bit too close knit for my liking with not many attorneys working at this firm.

Overall great Law Firm to work for

The environment is highly competitive with demanding clients. Challenging projects and clients will makes you learn and grow in career path.

Good exposure to a variety of projects and cases. Potential to grow with plenty of support from management. Decent amount of trainings that will expose you to various career opportunities.

It's challenging to start at a lower level and progression is slow. No real work life balance possible due to high demands at workplace. Pay is also average.
