The firm should continue to hire more employees that are willing to be part of a family oriented environment. Management should mentor employees on how to advance in their careers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law firm that has employees that gives the opportunity to create a family oriented environment. The staff incorporates very supportive and encouraging aspects to the workplace.

What did you not like about this institution?
Career advancement in the firm is difficult to come by. The firm does not offer guidance or some sort of an idea on how to advance in your career in the law firm. The salary is very poor.
