What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the firm providing better pay is something that would be a positive factor but it is a minor issue considering all the other benefits of working at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have colleagues that have expertise in a variety of fields of law and are more than willing to help out on some aspects of cases I am working on. There is also a lot of encouragement from superiors to network with others. The attorneys that work at the firm are all professional but at the same time very sociable. I think this atmosphere is what helps to inspire me at my profession.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is something that I think could be better. The benefits are great, but I think the salaries could be better, especially considering the amount of work we are expected to do sometimes.
