What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
An effort needs to be made to keep old contacts in place after a promotion. I think that this would help prevent people from being sad that a friend got promoted out of your group.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I did not have any issues in my time here with the work environment and I always felt like I belonged. People seemed eager to work hard to avoid causing extra work without asking for other people.

What did you not like about this institution?
The one drawback of this firm is that people come and go all the time. You may not see an old friend after a while because he was promoted through the ranks.
