What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think management should re-evaluate their rates for clients. Also, management should invest in more advertising to gain more clients and stop the turnover rate.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The type of cases the firm accepted and I worked on was very fulfilling and served a good purpose not only to clients but society. I felt as though we were making a difference in the world with the cases that we accepted. I took substantial pride in the work I did at the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, the firm is not very profitable. Because of this, many lawyers leave the firm early. Profitability should be made a priority with the firm.
