There needs to be more vacation time to balance out the long hours.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a good sense of professionalism present here at this firm. The team challenges every employee to put forth effort every day. This leads to a workload that is distributed evenly throughout this large firm. Opportunities for advancement are plentiful and office spaces are large.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work hours are long. It's hard to balance work and life, but this is common of larger firms. This doesn't detract from the positive experience that is to be had here.
