What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would encourage people to not gossip so much in the office. While admittedly some of the industry gossip was interesting it could be distracting. I would also hire an extra IT person or two. It would help keep the computers running making everyone work better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have worked on a lot of interesting cases. The work is challenging and there is some expectation of being independent. I liked that aspect and have really thrived. Even though there is an expectation of experienced attorneys being independent, junior associates are mentored well.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes the gossip got out of hand. A lot of it was industry gossip but I found it annoying at times even if I contributed to it. Also the IT support can be lackluster which can slow down workflow.
