What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Update your technology and be more up to speed with what other firms are doing on that front. Add more members so we don't have to work long hours. Stay family focused, it's a good thing.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is very family focused. It provides benefits to those of us that work hard and long hours. There are plenty of incentives to continue working hard. The teamwork is the best I've ever seen at a firm. The pay is great. There is a low turnover rate.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is a little old fashioned and is behind technology wise. The hours are very long. Management can be rather pushy at times. The location is also very far from where I am located.
