What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Promote a capable person to help you guys because you're spread too thin and could use more help.Offer more opportunities for longevity within the firm, I love the firm but feel like it's not going to be a good fit for me come a few years when I want to further my career beyond what you can offer.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has given me plenty of training opportunities and opportunity for general career growth and growth for the firm.Pay is fair with a yearly bonus at the end of the year.There are lots of work hours.There is a good learning atmosphere here.

What did you not like about this institution?
While it's a great first firm to get your feet wet and to grow your career it's not a great place to really grow within the firm. There are some promotion opportunities but they
