Do not operate on a skeleton staff, it’s noticeable . You had some really good people working with you. The girls They Had great personalities , I worked with them at other firms and you have since gotten rid of all them, Because they covered what you could not, they had a soft skills that you needed and that you lack . Staff was personable , intelligent and sarcastic personality, The staff members that you let go for a pleasure to work with. The partners don’t have much in terms of personality, the staff covers that missing area for you.
It’s obvious that you run off of a skeleton staff. It would be nice to consistently speak with the same staff members instead of you recycling every few months. You do not keep clients informed of matters like other firms do . Other firms provide a status report every 30 days.I have information to believe that you often miss deadlines, Asking for extension nand offer pathetic cut and paste discovery port he’s poor excuses and
Not keeping a good retention rate with staff members. unhelpful staff members missing deadlines, don’t draft anything substantial without first okaying it with the adjuster , not keeping clients informed of pertinent matters that are essential to the case at hand .
I refuse to name names, but this is a very small firm they can figure it out. I heard and eitnrssedAttorneys are not welcoming, the doors are always shut, and they always have attitude, and every once in a while they were literally shout and throw temper tantrum in the middle of the office .
My favorite thing was working with staff members, which I have worked with at prior firms not too long ago. My favorite people are gone therefore I have no favorite things to provide you. We are left with humdrum and The gang of lackeys .
Thank you.
