If the leadership team would revamp the compensation package I think that a lot of associates would be quite a bit happier.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are some very nice people working here, and some smart legal minds. I've learned a lot in the time that I've been at this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
The main thing I dislike about working here are the benefits and the pay. The workload here is very high, and I don't feel that I'm paid commensurate to what I'm expected to do.

A new focus and workforce system need to be introduced because many have left and the energy isn't there to move forward.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
When everyone worked together we got things done in a timely manner, many people had energy all the time and great passion.

What did you not like about this institution?
A recent downturn in clients has put everyone on edge and not it's not like it used to be, the energy is low and the air stale.
