Open up more senior positions to keep a lot more people around. That will keep business coming back and allow individuals to move up.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm is a great place to work at. Everyone here cares for each other and the customers very much. I enjoy my time working here.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel like my time here is limited as there isn't a sign that I will be able to move up and into another position here.
