Management, take a step back. Things will get done without you breathing down our neck.Provide opportunities to those who prove themselves and to those who have gained your trust. Make it more than just a time gated promotion.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My fellow coworkers are pretty great and some of the most enthusiastic individuals I've had the pleasure of meeting.This inspires me to work harder and become a better person; management is the same way in some aspects but not in some.Pay is fairly good with some other benefits.

What did you not like about this institution?
No bonuses or promotion opportunities for employees that haven't been with the firm for an extended period of time.Management can be a bit pushy when its crunch time and the environment is stressful at times.
