Teach the partners to communicate their needs and expectations better.Consider paying more and you will have less people leaving.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This place is full of great people. Almost everyone works well with each other.Management is overall very good. While there is much to do, you can still manage a good work life balance.
What did you not like about this institution?
Communication from upper management is at times, lacking.Turnover tends to be high in some departments.The pay is alright but could be better.
