Make sure all employees are on task and expect the same out of everyone within the same job description. More synergy is needed as a unit.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
From the start, working here was demanding yet entertaining and invigorating. There were great clients all the time and big and interesting cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the employees are not on the same page as others, which make some feel as if they are doing more than needed.
