What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice would first be to turn on the lights. Also, management is possibly giving too much freedom to people, which is causing some of the processes to be not as smooth as they should be.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
For starters, the pay is really good and it's how they pulled me in. The benefits are nearly unmatched and superb. The other employees are very good and talented hard workers. Interesting projects and very developing focused.
What did you not like about this institution?
The processes are a little loose and could be made much tighter and smoother. For some reason they like the lights off or very dimmed. It's really odd and makes it difficult to work at times.

It seems everyone is super busy, but maybe more guidance and reinforcement of company's mission and goals. It would be nice to have more integration between the partners and all staff members.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is a great place to work with employees engaged with different challenging projects. Everyone treats each other with respect regardless of the position in the firm. Environment fosters creativity and new ideas and allows employees the freedom to accomplish their tasks with minimal bureaucratic restrictions.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work could be very fast paced, and sometimes the training is not ideal given the fast pace. It's hard for more experienced staff members to find time to train other younger staff members.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
The firm has a small number of Partners, and each one has their own unique management style but overall, they are always busy but treat the employees very well.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The people from the top to the bottom. The firm seems to care about each employee's fit into the corporate culture and has a good mix of young and mid aged professionals.
