You will be working with a lot of senior attorneys who can help guide you. You will definitely need their help in the first years of your practice. You can learn a lot about estates, contracts, trusts, and more at this firm. This will be a great foundation for you.
What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't much that's negative about this firm. You may find you have trouble advancing, or that you put in a lot of time and energy and it goes unnoticed. Unfortunately this is the way many young attorneys start their careers and you will just have to deal with it. You will find this at many law firms.

Try to put some safety nets up to keep things from getting too bad when stuff goes wrong every once in a while.

Everyone here is amazing and we are paid extremely well to do simple jobs that you would only normally dream of doing.
What did you not like about this institution?
When the rare time that something does go wrong it goes horribly wrong here and fast without much of a way to stop it.
