What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The stress level because of the case load was sometimes very challenging but I was able to learn to balance my work load and rarely had a case go out of compliance. My overall experience was excellent and I count it a privilege to have worked for this Law Firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working for Cohn, Birnbaum & Shea, P.C. was a great experience. Development is a commitment by leaders. Sometimes it is not as good as other times. Some leaders are better at it than others, but it is a part of the culture, which is great. If you're self-motivated and take ownership, you'll develop and grow.
What did you not like about this institution?
Fast paced at times, I worked here for almost seven years as an attorney. I was busy most of the time. You meet plenty of customers and there are lots of projects to do.

More of a structure to advance the progress of employees would be great, create a system that is easy to follow.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I started here not that long ago and have mad my way through quickly. The pacing of advancement is quick.
What did you not like about this institution?
A lot of people are only in it for themselves, and I think a more group oriented feel to the place would make it even better.

Allow more room for growth and work on managing staff better.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people here are great to work with. The firm provides a broad range of legal services and represents businesses in a variety of sectors. Staff is excellent.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are some issues with management and there is not a lot of room to grow at this firm.
