This firm's practice areas are fluid, like water, and constantly changing. You may not know from one month to the next what area you'll be practicing in. You might also notice attorneys at other firms do less work and earn more money than you do.

Take some time to get acquainted with your coworkers and the resources that are available to you; they are indispensable.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was hired on for a year for temporary help and had a great time learning. They have extensive resources so you never feel lost while figuring out a case.

What did you not like about this institution?
Things can be a bit unorganized at times, but with some practice you can find what you're looking for pretty quickly.

More time put into dedicated areas of practice would save problems created by constant transition and allow the associates to hone their craft.

They have some of the best resources available to you in the industry. The senior attorneys are eager to help you transition to the new environment.

They don't have standards of practice layout to follow. The area of law you will be in changes from month to month.
