See reviews for Cohen and Wolf, P.C from attorneys and other legal professionals below.
I don’t have any advice to give. I think the firm is being managed appropriately. The partners are very receptive to issues and concerns.
The atmosphere at Cohen and Wolf is unparalleled. You work with people who truly care about you on a professional and personal level. I walk in every day wanting to be there because of the people.
I truly don’t have anything negative to say about my experience. I have had an amazing experience at the firm.
None, all partners are fine to work with. There are many partners in different areas that care about your career and helping you succeed.
I like the diversity of the practice groups and the ability to work with all partners to expand my knowledge and find what area best suits me.
Treat everyone as an equal and stop playing favorites. Take note of the areas of law that associates want to focus on because if you don't, they will continue to leave.
The hours associates are expected to work are not long and there are a lot of social events. The associates are generally friendly.
This is a great firm to work at if you are a male and start here as a first year associate. There is definitely a boys club that women are not welcome in and they are not welcoming of lateral attorneys. There has been a tremendous amount of turnover due to the firm culture.
There is a group of partners in their late 40s-mid 50s who have their favorites. You either need to be a favorite or avoid them at all costs. Also Courtney. avoid her, because working with her will make you leave.
The short hours, convenient location, and friendly associates. It is not competitive like other law firms in the area.
Considering raising the pay for all employees and don't forget to make adjustments for cost of living yearly. Increases do not currently keep up with cost of living.
This is a highly respected firm full of very intelligent lawyers. I have learned a lot since coming here and am thankful to everyone who has helped me along the way.
The pay here is lower than average. The benefits and perks are OK, but could definitely be better, as well. Our yearly increases do not cover cost of living increases.
Thank you.
