Make more positions open to those that want to stay and move up. That will allow for more talented individuals to continue bringing in business.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great firm to work at, if you want to develop and learn. There are a lot of people that are willing to help you progress.

What did you not like about this institution?
I had to leave because I didn't see myself earning more there. It seems like they lose a lot of people due to not having a place to move up to.
