The law firm needs to do a better job of creating a less toxic environment. Management should host training workshops in order to create a positive workplace and support amongst staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm has an environment that offers valuable resources such as updated technology. The salary seems to be a good thing about the firm. Some of the staff is also kind.

What did you not like about this institution?
The law firm does not offer adequate benefits. Some of the staff has created a toxic environment in which loyalty is not something that is found.
