What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
For management: attract customers and put yourself out there.Be willing to take risks to improve the law firm so we can grow or at least try to grow.We are a bit too large for the amount of clients we get.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked here for a few years now; I've received regular raises and some promotion opportunities.The health and dental plan are what you would expect, some paid leave for small vacations or family time.There are regular stable work days and hours.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is not very competitive and I haven't felt like I'm able to show what I can really do here.There is not enough work to go around so lots of people are working on the same cases.Everything is fairly average here and management is not very ambitious, which creates a lazy work atmosphere.
