What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be some form of community here. A greater sense of family between employees will lower turnover rates and raise motivation.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a good work environment that challenges every employee to focus on the tasks at hand. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure each employee is designated a workload that is geared towards their expertise. The office spaces are large enough and everyone here is friendly with each other.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, there is no sense of a community here. Each employee works alone and rarely as a team. This does not detract too much from the overall goals of the firm and the pleasant working experience here.
