What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think it would be worthwhile to the firm to make sure that each associate has the ability to advance within the firm and not have to look elsewhere to continue their career.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I gained valuable experience and learned a ton during my time at Flynn Delich& Wise. I think that my tenure with the firm really set me on a solid career trajectory in Maritime practice.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only downside to the firm that I can think of is that it is a small firm. It can be difficult to find a path of advancement or make partner due to the limited number of attorneys.
