My Experience was Alright on May 19, 2024 - Former Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Former Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to keep a better eye on their employees and stop unprofessional behavior. Also, having more positions open for employees would make them consider staying longer.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is very flexible to your schedule and very understanding if you need to take a day off. They offer great benefits and packages when you first start and really seem to care about their employees having a healthy home life.

What did you not like about this institution?
The upward mobility for this firm is severely lacking. Most employees work in the same position for years or eventually quit and move on to something else. The work environment can always be filled with drama at times.

Pleasant, But Sometimes Disorganized on May 19, 2024 - Former Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Former Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Talk to everyone more frequently to communicate with them about their needs and your expectations. People do not perform well when there is stress due to uncertainty - when this can be prevented, there's no reason they need to be subjected to it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Benefits and pay were satisfactory, for me. Work was relatively interesting. Associates and staff were easy to get along with. I thought the location was good, but there were mixed opinions on this, based on who I asked.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm just seemed kind of disorganized, at times. For example, sometimes, there was so much work that my previously scheduled time off was basically postponed with really short notice, and other times, there was really not much to do at all. Some people received new technology without really needing it that badly, while others who really needed it went without.
