I think the firm does a great job of training new lawyers and management should make sure that this tradition is continued.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Dogan& Wilkinson has an impressively wide practice area and range of clients for a firm of its size. I felt that I learned a lot from working at the firm and several of the partners at the firm took the time to mentor me when I was fresh out of law school.

What did you not like about this institution?
I think the firm may spread itself a little too thin at times given the number of locations it serves despite being a relatively small firm.
