What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm could have more events that help to bring together some of the associates in an attempt to make the atmosphere a little better. A healthier environment might result in better work quality.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really loved the fact that the lawyers I work with at this law firm are well versed in a variety of different law fields. The firm works with a great variety of different categories of law, and the professionalism and expertise shows. Since my time here, I have become more knowledgeable in different fields. Even though I don't practice in many of them, it definitely helps to know more because it makes networking and researching that much easier.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work environment is a bit closed off sometimes. Some of the superiors don't really take the time to get to know some of the lower level associates. It's isn't a big issue since the firm is really busy and focused on client goals.
