What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Some of the staff is rude and very insulting. Many of the opportunities are long filled with insight but at the expense of long hours. These are the things that need to be changed in order for the staff to be appreciated and respected.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The fast pace environment results in gaining vast experience. Many things will be learned and to approach them in doing them right with proper guidance from the leaders of the firm. Civil Procedures and learning litigation is strongly encouraged to be educated on.
What did you not like about this institution?
The core of the firm follows a business model that causes a ripple in the office. If you're an attorney you can expect to be able to balance work with life. Billable quotas are in high demand throughout the year.
